After over a year of COVID-prescribed Zoom meetings, we held our first split Live/Zoom Council meeting on May 5th. To celebrate our return to in-person meetings, the Knights held a catered Cinco De Mayo celebration. After enjoying delicious tacos and wonderful Margaritas libations, we settled into our long-awaited in person Council meeting.
